Vendor Setup Rules
- Tent weights are required. All tents must be properly weighted at all four corners for the safety of attendees and neighboring vendors.
- Load-in time will be communicated upon approval. All vehicles must be removed from the vendor area before gates open.
- Vendor fees are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future Heritage Haunt event.
- Payment is collected upon approval. Spots not paid within 3 days of approval will be released.
- All booths cover the full 3-night event. Single-day bookings are not available.
- Vendors are responsible for their own power needs unless otherwise arranged in advance.

By submitting this registration, I understand and agree that: (1) Submission of this form does not guarantee a vendor booth — all applications are reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of the Heritage Haunt Event Team. (2) Vendor fees are non-refundable once a booth is confirmed. (3) I am responsible for complying with all applicable health, safety, and permitting requirements for my business. (4) The Heritage Haunt Event Team reserves the right to remove any vendor from the event for failure to comply with event rules. (5) I grant Heritage Haunt permission to use my business name, logo, and social media content for event promotion purposes.
